I cannot say enough! I was amazed at the attention to detail, willingness to educate, organization, and overall kindness that Alan provided my fiance and I during our home inspection. It was an unexpectedly fun experience!

Alan came to us highly recommended by a friend, and we were very satisfied with his expertise and the detail of his inspection. As first time homebuyers we were somewhat intimidated by the maintenance of owning a house. But Alan was happy to give us home owning 101 advice and answer all of our questions. We also turned to Alan for help a while after we bought the house when we were baffled by an issue in our home with an elusive cause. He was happy to come by and help us figure it out, and his assistance saved us from a lot of misery and anxiety. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Mr. Miles. My fiancé and I would gladly recommend his services to anyone contemplating the purchase of a home. Mr. Miles answered each of our questions in detail, often providing additional information or context that enabled us, as buyers, to better understand the need for repair or replacement of an item. At no time did we feel rushed during the inspection process. He was patient, understanding, and helpful. His attention to detail was seen in the fact that he checked every door, electrical socket, light, appliance, etc… He provided us with pictures, adequate explanation, and took an entire hour to go over his findings upon completion. Being that I am a paralegal and knowing that attention to detail is priceless, I would feel honored to recommend Mr. Miles to any person desiring a thorough inspection and subsequent report. Alan Miles with Centurion Home inspections was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection and provided a detailed report with specific pictures for each item. Alan Miles inspected my soon to be newly constructed home recently and within the 1st few minutes found a loose wire in the circuit panel that could have caused my new home to go up in flames. So I have to say, "Thank you Alan!" Fortunately the issue was resolved before we left the premises. The rest of the inspection went well and Alan is very thorough and very pleasant. I used Alan Miles with Centurion for our home inspection. I were extremely pleased with the outcome. He was on site when I pulled up in the car, and already working with the superintendent on inspecting the outside of the home. He took just over two hours inspecting the home inside and out thoroughly. He noticed some minor issues which could have created bigger problems down the road...problems I would have never seen on my own. Also after much research, he offered me the best price.

Alan Miles gave our new home a thorough, professional and exceptionally detailed inspection. He found things that other inspectors had missed! He even did research into things that weren't his areas of expertise so that we could have potential problems dealt with.
